Keith and Keiley Newton purchased the Bar restaurant Motel/Bar La Oficina way back in November 2003.  As Keith and Keiley have lived and worked  in Spain for the last twenty years, they where the first foreigners to be married in Torrevieja way back in 1990 . With over 13 years experience  in the licensee and catering business so they know exactly what their clients want.

We have a lovely Pension / Motel  La Oficina with 6 en-suite rooms , four of which have large balconies overlooking miles of orange and lemon groves. Don’t let your guests interrupt your way of life put them in Motel LA Oficina.Our prices are probably the cheapest on the Costa Blanca at only 40 euros per room per night.
